Adam Scott Weintraub

“Attorney Adam” is the host of What's Your Problem Wednesday on Mix 96 and is also a partner in the law firm of Savage O’Donnell Affeldt Weintraub & Johnson.  The law firm specializes in litigation with primary emphasis on insurance lawsuits.  Adam’s trial experience covers many areas of litigation including bad faith claims involving insurance companies.

Courts Admitted: U.S. Supreme Court, Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Supreme Court.

Adam represents some of the largest insurance companies in the United States, including American Commerce Insurance Company, Auto Club Inter-Insurance Exchange, Western United Insurance Company, as well as AAA of Oklahoma.  He has practiced all across Oklahoma in both State and Federal Court, and has also practiced before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  He has earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, their highest peer-review rating.
